The shipping and processing times depend on the items you're ordering. The status of each product (in stock, made to order or waitlist) is indicated on each individual product page, as well as the estimated shipping date.
In stock: it’s in our facilities and ready for a new home! Orders for in stock items are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping timelines are usually within 1-2 business days from the order date.
Made to order: our jeweler needs to craft the piece for you once you order, it can take a bit more time to receive this type of product. Typically made to order pieces take approximately 3 weeks. Be sure to note the estimated shipping date on the product page so you can plan accordingly.
Waitlist: we don’t have it on hand yet but it’s coming soon! You can still purchase it in this state, be sure to note the estimated shipping date.
As soon as you can, just email email@example.com to cancel an order or update your shipping information. If you would like to make changes, we are happy to cancel the old order and help you place a new one.
We offer made-to-order pieces where we are able to further customize chain lengths, quarter ring sizes, etc. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to place a custom order.

We can edit your order as long as it has not yet been processed or packaged. Keep in mind that orders may be processed earlier than expected on our website so we recommend that you let us know about any changes as soon as possible. If you’d like to add more items, place a new order and provide us with both order numbers; our team will merge them before shipping and reimburse any shipping fees, if eligible.

Jureve is confident in the exceptional craftsmanship of our pieces. Jureve guarantees your jewelry to be free of manufacturing defects for a lifetime. Manufacturing defects can include missing pavé stones (stones under .01ct), clasp breakage, loose precious stones or loose prongs.
Manufacturing defects do not include general wear and tear, scratching, stretched chains/rings, lost jewelry, or jewelry damaged due to improper cleaning or storage.
Because we stand behind our designs and our artisans, any third-party or outside jeweler altering your jewelry will void your warranty with us. Have a question about your piece or how to care for it? Please reach out to email@example.com, we'd love to help.
We understand how frustrating it can be to misplace your jewelry, but as a small, growing company we are unable to replace lost jewelry at this time.
We work with top artisans around the world, our ateliers are based in Seoul, Hong Kong and Panyu. We pride ourselves in top quality materials, exception craftsmanship and ethical practices. You can read more about the ateliers we work with here, in the About Us section.
To reach 14k gold, our gold is alloyed with copper and silver, making the breakdown the following-- 58.3% pure solid gold, 30% silver, and 11.7% copper.
We understand that the different terminology can be confusing, we've written a blog post on the difference between solid god, gold filled, gold plated and vermeil. All of our pieces are 100% solid gold, nickel-free and hypoallergenic. Because you’re gold baby, solid gold.
Yes! All of our diamonds are natural diamonds which are conflict-free. We are diligent in sourcing from suppliers who adhere to a high standard of ethical practices including the Kimberley Process.
The Kimberley Process started when Southern African diamond-producing states met in Kimberley, South Africa, in May 2000, to discuss ways to stop the trade in ‘conflict diamonds' and ensure that diamond purchases were not financing violence by rebel movements and their allies seeking to undermine legitimate governments. The Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS) imposes extensive requirements on its members to enable them to certify shipments of rough diamonds as ‘conflict-free' and prevent conflict diamonds from entering the legitimate trade. Under the terms of the KPCS, participating states must meet extensive requirements and must put in place national legislation and institutions; export, import and internal controls; and also commit to transparency and the exchange of statistical data. Participants can only legally trade with other participants who have also met the minimum requirements of the scheme, and international shipments of rough diamonds must be accompanied by a KP certificate guaranteeing that they are conflict-free.
Your jewelry is made with top quality materials for everyday wear. We suggest earrings, necklaces and bracelets be put on and stay on for optimal use and wear. When we remove them many times a day for bed, workouts, showering, they can potentially be stretched out and weaken over time. For rings, when you’re applying perfume, lotions, before a strenuous workout, or any other situation where the ring may become loose and fall off, gently remove from the side of the ring and keep it safe in our anti-tarnish pouch. Otherwise, jewelry can be worn to bed, in the shower, and to swim.
All of our pieces are 14k solid gold, so they are durable but not scratch resistant. 14k gold has 14 parts pure gold, and 10 parts alloys. 24k solid gold is extremely malleable, almost liquid in form, and orange in color. Alloys are added to make fine jewelry suitable for everyday wear.
For a gentle cleaning, we recommend using a mild dish soap and hot water, or a branded jewelry wipe. For a deeper clean, we recommend using a Magnasonic cleaner - ideal for removing tiny particles that get trapped in hard to reach areas!
