Our jewelry is created from high quality materials to last a lifetime. We only use 100% solid gold, never plated or filled. Unlike plated, filled or vermeil, solid gold will not discolor or oxidize - yes, that means no green fingers. We have strict quality control over every single gem and ounce of gold to ensure it exceeds the highest standards.

We only use real, solid 14-karat (14k) gold in our jewelry. The number of karats tells you how many 24ths of the total piece is pure gold (so 14k is 14/24 parts, or ~58.3%, pure gold). 24-karat (24k) gold is naturally soft and malleable, in order to strengthen the gold, we alloy it with copper and silver. To reach 14k gold, our gold is alloyed with copper and silver in order to enhance the durability and hardness of naturally soft gold. 14k gold is also more durable as it scratches less and does not bend as easily as 18k or 24k gold, making it perfect for everyday wear.

The 4Cs of Diamond Quality is the universal method for assessing the quality of any diamond was created by the Gemological Institute of the America (GIA). The 4Cs include: Color, Clarity, Cut and Carat weight.

Diamond color refers to the lack of color of a diamond. GIA's D-to-Z color-grading system measures the degree of colorlessness, with the perfect diamond being colorless. The scale begins with the letter D, representing colorless, and continues, with increasing presence of color, to the letter Z (light color). We only use diamonds graded Colorless (D to F) or Near Colorless (G to J).

Diamond clarity refers to the absence of imperfections or 'inclusions' and 'blemishes' (the clearer, the better). We only use diamonds graded SI1 or higher – called 'Eye-Clean', where any inclusions are invisible to the naked eye. Our high quality diamonds are ethically sourced from our suppliers who follow conflict free and socially responsible practices including the Kimberley Process.

Diamond cut refers to how well a diamond’s facets interact with light. More than just the shape of your diamond, the cut is what determines exactly how the diamond sparkles – a correctly proportioned cut will return light from the top of the diamond, making it twinkle irresistibly. All of our diamond cuts are graded 'very good' or higher on the standardized scale.

Diamond carat refers to the weight. A bigger diamond isn't always better, though – diamonds that aren't as colorless or well-cut can actually look smaller.
